Canelé
A canelé (French: [kan.le]) is a small and delightful pastry hailing from the Bordeaux region of France.
Traditionally, it takes the form of a beautifully fluted, dark, caramelised crust, containing a soft custard centre, flavoured with vanilla and rum.
